AllCall Mix 2 announced: With Wireless Charging and Android 8.0

AllCall announces the Mix 2 an interesting smartphone. Finally, a China manufacturer manages to install Android 8.1 on the device, and on top of it there is Wireless Charging. And some days ago, Cubot R11 also announced it will install Android 8.1.

Admittedly, I have to say that it seems a bit strange at one point: The AllCall Mix 2 can also be purchased with Android 7.1. Yes, the Chinese manufacturer will offer the Mix 2 in two different storage versions. First, the 64GB version with Android 7.1, who gets the smartphone with 128GB gets Android 8.1. So far, I know no other smartphone in which this is handled. Here AllCall wants to lure the buyers to the larger version. But I can well imagine that the first developers will create an Android 8.1 ROM for the smaller model.

AllCall Mix 2 with Wireless Charging

Wireless charging is still stuck in a small niche. So really do not dare the manufacturers to the wireless shop. Anyway, the AllCall Mix 2 will have such a function. But you can not look forward too soon. Not infrequently, there were wireless charging issues with the “China Smartphone”. Alternatively, the 3500 mAh battery can be charged with Fast Charge and the USB Type-C cable. As far as the battery life is concerned, AllCall gave Mix 2 a little exaggerated time. For example, you should be able to record a sound for 107.2 hours or even play music for 121.3 hours. Although Android 8 has a much better Akkumanagment than the previous version, but on such times, the Mix 2 denoch will not come.
