Bluboo announced what will be his new smartphone named: Bluboo D5. Its design is inspired by the Xiaomi Mi Mix 2, and that translates into offering a compact design by including a single frame in the lower area.
As far as the specifications are concerned, for now we only know that it uses an IPS panel manufactured by Sharp in a size of 5.5 inches which, thanks to its 18:9 format, we know will reach an HD+ (1440 x 720p) or Full HD+ (2160 x 1080p) resolution. From there, it all translates into what we see in pictures: a 3.5 mm jack connector on top for the headphones, the use of a camera with a dual-tone LED flash, and the fingerprint reader well highlighted with a ring just like the Xiaomi terminal.
The company promises that its Bluboo D5 will be a “Xiaomi Mi Mix 2 Killer“, but obviously, in terms of specifications, it is so below, so we are looking at a terminal that mimics its design, which will be available in three colors (black, blue and red) and, most importantly, promises to reach a price of less than 100 dollars, which translates into about 83 euros. As far as their availability is concerned, nothing is known yet, it will have to wait.
