New MSI Infinite X with Coffee Lake will hit stores this month

See news 'The new MSI Infinite X with Coffee Lake will hit stores this month'

The other day we told you that MSI was preparing to launch the new Infinite X desktop gaming computers, the first on the market to be equipped with the new Intel Coffee Lake eighth-generation processors. Now the manufacturer has announced its launch, and the new MSI Infinite X will hit stores around the world this November.

MSI has put all its meat on the barbecue grill with these equipments, trying to turn it into the most powerful OEM equipment for Gaming in the world. And by hardware they are. Not only do they feature the new next-generation Intel Core i7 8700K processors, they also feature NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics cards, up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM at 2400Mhz, NVMe M. 2 SSDs and, in general, all the next-generation hardware to make sure that no games can stand up and users can enjoy the most out of their gaming experience without having to worry about tweaking settings.

Below you can see all the technical characteristics of the equipment, although note that like all OEM systems of this manufacturer internal hardware is configurable, so logically the price of the equipment will also depend on the combination of hardware chosen at the time of purchase.

All this is packaged in a customised edition box by MSI, with customisable RGB Mystic Lighting and an internal layout that not only favours a good cooling of the components, but also easy access to the internal hardware in case you want to perform cleaning tasks or modify any component (add more RAM, change graphics, etc.). All of this is also refrigerated with a system that MSI has called Storm Cooling 3, which they say keeps all the hardware at an excellent operating temperature and, at the same time, provides the quietest possible even while we’re playing and thereby cranking up the components.

MSI has said that this Infinite X will be available in stores around the world as of this November, but has not said anything about the price. Count on it to be expensive even in its most basic hardware combination, because with everything and with that it is a top-of-the-range equipment. By the way, MSI has already confirmed that it will send us a unit of this Infinite X so that we can tell you firsthand how it works in our usual review.
