Several years ago it was believed that the Chinese market was only good for making cheap copies of fashion terminals of major brands, that was behind the birth of brands such as Xiaomi or Oukitel that year after year have managed to become a large number of customers in the global market.
This year is no exception and, in the midst of the battle to see which company presents the cell phone with the best design and performance first, Oukitel has surprised everyone by presenting the new Oukitel C8 4G.
Oukitel C8, premium design in the entry range
If you stop to see the new Oukitel C8 first-hand you might think this is one of the high-end phones that the company constantly launches, you’d even say it’s a clear competitor to the Galaxy S8 or iPhone 8, this couldn’t be further from the truth.
Oukitel has wanted to bring premium design to the low end of the market and wow it has done so in great shape, the price of the Oukitel C8 does not exceed 90 euros; you heard well, this device with a high end design has a price that will break the low budget market.
You may now be thinking that the Oukitel C8 has a premium design but some crappy features, this isn’t true either. The company is known for manufacturing fast phones with generous batteries and very good features, so is the C8.
The Oukitel C8 has a 5.5-inch screen with Full HD resolution, LTPS technology and an 18:9 ratio, which means that the device’s frames are very thin. Inside we find a MediaTek 6737 processor that comes in conjunction with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of storage.
The multimedia section is another strong point of the device, it has two cameras, the rear of 13 megapixels and the front of 5 megapixels and for autonomy we can count on a large battery of 3000 mAh that gives the device up to 2 days of autonomy.
As its name suggests, the Oukitel C8 4G is compatible with 4G technology, has a dual SIM card slot and a fingerprint sensor on the back for maximum privacy.
Finally, it should be noted that the device comes with Android Nougat 7.0 installed and, as is customary on Chinese devices, upgrades to new versions of the system are almost guaranteed.
Until now the official price of the Oukitel C8 4G is not known, but official sources confirm that it will not exceed 90 euros, if this is true surely we are in front of the terminal that will redefine what the low range means.
