Today we present the unboxing of a mini PC of the brand Shuttle that assembles a new processors of low consumption. Intel Kaby Lake and that fits within the new Shuttle XPC range nano NC03U that emphasizes by its compact and elegant design in addition to its connectivity options . The mini PC of the unboxing includes the Intel Celeron processor 3865U although in this family of mini PC we also find processors of low consumption Core i3-7100U, i5-7200U and i7-7500U of up to 15W TPD.
In the new Shuttle NC03U, we have a design that allows us to open the two sides to change its components very simply, so we have access to two SODIMM DDR4 2133MHz memory modules and can mount a 2.5″ hard disk (up to 15mm of thickness) to an internal SATAconnector 3 that attaches to one of the outer covers. The measures of the box of this miniPC are of 142 x 142 x 42 mm what gives us a volume of 0.86 Liters and the miniPC has fixings compatible with the VESA support that comes included.
At the level of connectors in the Shuttle NC03U we have on the front panel a USB 3.0 Type-A and another Type-C in addition to an SD card reader, in the back area we find an HDMI 2.0 port and a DisplayPort 1.2 that allow 4K video @60fps, Gigabit Ethernet connector, DC-IN, headphone and microphone jack, Kensington lock and an RS232 connector. Inside we have a slot M.2 2230 A/E for the wifi module and another slot M.2 2280 M for a storage unit, to keep the system cooled this mini PC integrates a fan with a unique temperature control system that allows working in environments up to 50ºC and has an internal clock to program auto power on and Wake on Lan.
