At this year’s IFA, Sennheiser will be showing the MOMENTUM Free a new wireless model from the headphone series of the same name
The compact in-ear headphones combine uncompromising sound quality, wireless technology and a minimalist style. Particularly comfortable: the magnetic earphones of the MOMENTUM Free, which can be worn when not used and worn around the neck.
After Sennheiser presented the neckband headphones MOMENTUM In-Ear Wireless at the beginning of the year, the Audiospezialist is now expanding its In-Ear Wireless portfolio with the new MOMENTUM Free.
The specially designed sound channels made of stainless steel and the high-quality sound transducer system of the MOMENTUM Free should deliver the characteristic MOMENTUM sound with powerful bass reproduction, lively vocals and an impressive overall sound. Thanks to Bluetooth 4.2 as well as AAC codec and Qualcomm apt-XTM support, the sound should also be reproduced wirelessly in crystal-clear quality. For unimpaired video and gaming content, the compatibility with Qualcomm apt-XTM low latency, which synchronizes the audio transmission perfectly with the images.
Stylishly on the move
The new MOMENTUM Free is intended to provide a range of features that optimize the interaction with mobile devices. A three-stage control unit and a high-quality microphone have been integrated into the connecting cable between the earphones for telephone calls and control. The handset can be connected to two devices at the same time. In addition, the MOMENTUM will support free telephone conferences with up to three participants. Voice announcements inform the user about the pairing status and current battery status. A six-hour recharge time and a high-quality leather transport case make the headphones a perfect companion for on the go, Sennheiser continues.
The Sennheiser MOMENTUM Free will be available from October. The price is not yet known.
